Overview
A pioneer in the construction space, our client is a top-regarded building materials manufacturer & distributor in the United States. With more than 40 distribution centers and over 25 subsidiaries across the country, they are known for providing first-rate doors, frames, hardware products and other specialties to accommodate new constructs and renovations.
Our client came to us with a rapid Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) strategy to grow its market share and product portfolio. They needed a future-proof platform that could quickly integrate data across these companies and deliver actionable insights while also helping them continuously optimize operations, sales, costs, and resources. Our client's current data warehouse was not robust or reliable enough to provide the insights it needed, plus it was costing a fortune to develop and manage. What our client needed most from a technology partner was to rethink its data strategy, strengthen its analytics capabilities, and build new data warehousing to fuel growth.

Services
Rapidops was brought on board by the executive team to evaluate and transform the organization's analytics capabilities. The client needed an in-house data team and wanted Rapidops to be its strategic and long-term analytics partner. We collaborated closely with the leadership team to understand its strategic vision and expectations. While working side-by-side with their existing BI vendor to discover the current approach, architecture, processes, tools, and bottlenecks. We blended our clients' domain knowledge with our deep technology, data, and analytics expertise to create a data platform strategy and roadmap.
