About the Role:

As a Sr. Business Development Executive specializing in BigCommerce and Shopify Development at Rapidops, you will be a driving force in expanding our client base and accelerating growth through your expertise in ecommerce platforms. Your primary focus will be on identifying and pursuing opportunities to sell our development services tailored to BigCommerce and Shopify. Responsibilities:
  • Prospect, identify, and generate new business opportunities by targeting potential clients seeking BigCommerce and Shopify development services.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of leads through research, networking, and engaging with potential clients.
  • Initiate and nurture relationships with key decision-makers, understanding their business needs and proposing tailored solutions.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments and propose the most suitable development solutions based on clients' requirements.
  • Create compelling sales presentations and proposals that effectively communicate the value of our BigCommerce and Shopify development services.
  • Collaborate closely with the development and design teams to ensure alignment between client expectations and project deliverables.
  • Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and project scopes while ensuring customer satisfaction and company profitability.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and new features of BigCommerce and Shopify to position our services effectively.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets by consistently closing deals and achieving revenue goals.
  • Provide regular updates, forecasts, and reports to sales management on your sales activities and progress.
Requirement:
  • Minimum 2 Yeas of experience in B2B and B2C sales, preferably in selling web development or ecommerce solutions.
  • Strong expertise in BigCommerce and Shopify platforms, including a deep understanding of their features, capabilities, and customization options.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport with potential clients and confidently present solutions.
  • Proactive and driven approach to sales, with the ability to work independently and manage a sales pipeline effectively.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals while ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Ability to understand clients' business goals and translate them into tailored development solutions.
  • Familiarity with the ecommerce industry, market trends, and the competitive landscape.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software to manage leads, contacts, and sales activities.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • A customer-centric attitude and a genuine interest in helping clients achieve their ecommerce goals.
