The client handles customer’s requirement understanding and mapping of plumping products with help of spreadsheet based scheduling tool. The biggest challenge was to update product’s information in this sheet and distribute it across the global sales team as and when the update is done.

Zurn Industries approached RapidOps to replace existing spreadsheet based plumbing schedule tool with easy web based interface for sales team and prospective client to explore and build plumbing schedule legend based on Zurn One bundle strategy.


RapidOps have designed, build and delivered a secure, scalable, dynamic and cross browser compatible tool where user can prepare and provide a schedule i.e. a list of bundles/available products having various combinations of product specifications.

The user can quickly generate the PDF of P-Schedule and even export it into spreadsheet. The biggest advantage of the web based interface is reduction in errors while creating list of bundles. Moreover, the solution is easily accessible to internal workforce and end customers for real time updated information.


Users can quickly choose a product category and sub category (if applicable) and select a wide range of installation options from the dropdown. The interface is pretty intuitive showing search results within a second.
Based on the product specifications, the tool will progressively suggest suitable bundle range matching those specifications. User can choose any suitable bundle and add to P-Schedule.
Choose to add more items in P-schedule to create a final proposal requirement and quickly share it in form of a PDF or Excel.

User Management

Zurn’s product managers and marketing specialists can add bundles with all relevant information, edit and remove them as per requirement. He/she can also manage product categories and sub categories with respective fields.
