About the Role

As a full-stack Marketing Analyst for Experro, you’ll be responsible for end-to-end planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness, attract prospects and generate high-quality leads. Our team is on the lookout for a Marketing Analyst deeply enthusiastic about exploring the eCommerce sector, adept at digital marketing, skilled in crafting content, and committed to steering our product's growth. We’re looking for an analytical and strategic thinker who also has a knack to think creatively (good sense of visual design, ability to write and edit copy, and attention to detail).
  • Take ownership of end-to-end marketing campaigns, from ideation and planning to execution and performance analysis.
  • Develop compelling resources, tools, and content that resonate with target audiences, aiding in customer acquisition and retention.
  • Execute paid advertising campaigns (such as PPC, display, and social ads) to drive traffic, conversions, and ROI.
  • Oversee website content, ensuring its accuracy, relevance, and alignment with brand messaging and SEO best practices.
  • Grow the company’s social media presence and increase engagement by identifying trends, developing strategies, and publishing viral content such as videos, webinars, and podcasts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure alignment with the product roadmap and marketing objectives.
  • Utilize analytics to optimize user experience and drive leads.

  • Master’s degree in business or marketing from a reputed institute.
  • Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts, tools, and best practices.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly creative with good experience in devising successful digital campaigns.
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks simultaneously
