Creates and implements the end-to-end human capital strategy that will drive the business to meet its goals. This role requires strategic reasoning and thinking, the use of data to guide work, being a comfortable challenging convention, and, in some cases, influencing leaders to reassess how work is done.
We are eager to find an HR manager who easily connects with people and has a detail-oriented mindset to handle the changing nature of the workforce. You will bring compassion in your approach when addressing issues and solving problems in order to collaborate and bring people together.
