Our team is seeking a digital marketing manager, who will be responsible for developing robust and innovative digital marketing strategies, planning and executing marketing campaigns, and maintaining and supplying content for the organization’s website to drive awareness and branding and generate interest in company products and services. Creates engaging blogs, graphic, and video content while staying up-to-date on the latest marketing technologies, organic traffic, PPC, Google Ads and other advertising campaigns, including social media and content outreaching.

We’re looking for someone who can provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate, along with the capabilities to develop, implement, track and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels. This is a highly challenging full-time job with lots of responsibility, great challenges, and cutting-edge tech exposure

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for planning and executing all digital marketing, including organic & paid campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc), email, social media, and thought leadership.
  • Measure and report all digital marketing campaigns’ performance and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
  • Responsible for developing strategies to increase the number of visitors to a website by achieving high-ranking placements in search results.
  • Measure site traffic, identify and evaluate new digital technologies and optimize marketing campaigns, email marketing, social media, and display & search advertising using web analytics tools.
  • Create a social media marketing strategy and campaign by creating the content idea, budget planning, and implementation schedules.
  • Achieve audience engagement, website traffic, and revenue by exploiting all digital marketing aspects of the marketing roadmap.
  • Build and manage rich content like blog posts, eBooks, webinars, whitepapers, infographics, reports, etc., which attracts qualified traffic.
  • Deliver effective editorial plan and content marketing strategy to meet the business objectives. Editorial requirements include basic digital marketing understanding, content development.
  • Collaboration with team members responsible for social media posts, email, and blogging to optimize each conversion path.
  • Integrate content programs with brand campaigns to drive the demand for the brand.
  • Understand and create the domain-specific content for engaging enterprise audiences through thought leadership, whitepaper, social media, and paid campaigns.
  • Responsible for generating leads through website services and inbound marketing activities by creating and implementing the actionable plan.

Requirements:

  • You’re based in Ahmedabad or plan to shift here in nearby future.
  • You have a bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, Information technology, or an equivalent combination of relevant education.
  • You have proven 10+ years of experience in digital marketing.
  • Strong Written and Verbal Communication Skills.
  • Experienced in optimizing landing pages and user funnels.
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics and other heatmap tools).
  • A strong background in designing, deploying, monitoring, and maintaining multi-tenant architectures that can evolve with minimal time and material costs.
  • Creative thinker with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
