The New Year stands before us, like a chapter in a book, waiting to be written. We can help write that story by setting goals. – Melody Beattie
Another glorious year is added in Rapidops’s journey as well as mine. It’s been a year in Rapidops and being part of that journey rather I can say living that journey is wonderful. We have grown in terms of strength, knowledge and productivity. Such tremendous growth depends on company’s cultural environment and relation between company and its employee.
I have seen the quantum and pace of improvements in every aspect of our success during the year 2015. Let me talk about how we transformed ourselves to enforce lovable culture within the organization.
Below are some highlights:
- We have grown in team size for each expertise by almost 84% which reflects our overall organization growth as well.
But here is the catch. We don’t only focus on our organization’s growth. Employee’s personal development is equally important to us and to make it happen we introduced and delivered plenty of ideas improving the overall working environment.
- Events like engaging games, freaky fridays, various competitions, 3 months long skit, festival celebrations, birthday parties, truly infused fresh energy into all of us.
- “A Ray of Hope – UMMEED” initiative was introduced. The team distributed warm clothes and yummy food to street kids under it’s very first project called “It’s Magic” on Christmas Eve.
- Everyone freaked out and had a gala time at Udaipur outing.
We believe when an individual is given the opportunity to show their talent and acknowledged by everyone it pumps up huge confidence. Let’ s talk in numbers as well as to how much impact it has on the organization and an individual.
So the team has set a benchmark of celebrations and party in the year 2015. And we bed good bye to with a blast like never before setting high expectations for the coming years.
Talking about our New Year party celebration, truly it was one of a kind, where every individual came up with jaw dropping performances and took the celebrations to the new heights.
The event got started with ganeshvandna; Shreeja Menon gracefully danced and reminded us to show gratitude to the universe. The series of captivating performances gripped the audience through-out the event with sheer joy and delight.
And most importantly Avni Gajjar and Vipin Soni were best at their hosting keeping the fun and humor elements intact.
Let’s have some glimpse of performances:
Himani Bhavsar, Sumit Kateja, Hardik Vyas, Dipesh Patel, Vijay Chauhan sang beautifully reminding us 80s and 90s era.
Put music to our troubles and we’ll dance them away! All were pleasantly surprised to witness few secret dancers.
There were innovative game ideas thrown to the audience and the participants amazingly executed them.
And last but not the least, the video on our wonderful 2015 journey mesmerized everyone.
We did enjoyed dinning together to conclude the event with amazing memories to cherish forever.
It is a fresh and much more connected start for all of us as we know every individual with lot broader view. I see Himani as not just a geek but as a fabulous dancer and singer. This event was just a first step to build better environment within the organization. There is lot more to come in this 2016 for making of Rapidops as the number one organization to work with.
