Rapidopsis is a well-established Ecommerce solutions provider in North America, committed to serving as a genuine strategic ally to our clients. Currently, we are seeking a Senior eCommerce Project Manager to enhance our team. In this role, you will take ownership of project timelines and cultivate strong client relationships to ensure exceptional client satisfaction.
This position requires a keen focus on processes and attention to detail, coupled with outstanding communication skills. You will play a pivotal role in supporting the production team by leading eCommerce website design and development projects that garner substantial traffic and exposure. Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans, outlining tasks and resource needs.
- Organize and coordinate project team members based on resource allocations.
- Ensure the project's scope, timeline, and final product quality are maintained.
- Conduct training sessions for end-users in collaboration with clients.
- Establish, revise, and uphold project protocols and procedures.
- Deliver comprehensive progress reports to both internal stakeholders and clients, identifying project advancements, risks, issues, and solutions.
- Oversee both internal and external quality assurance processes.
- Offer consistent guidance and assistance to internal, external, and contracted project teams.
- Acquire expert knowledge in the e-commerce platforms we utilize, enabling thorough research and responsive client support.
- Perform tasks related to the installation and configuration of eCommerce platform applications.
- Conduct audits on site speed and accessibility, generating reports for the development team.
- Continuously assess clients' business landscapes to identify potential challenges and opportunities for Rapidops to propose additional services.
Required
- A minimum of five years of relevant experience in managing Ecommerce projects.
- Possession of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification from an accredited institution.
- Proficiency in utilizing project management software platforms and a strong grasp of the web development process.
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana, Jira, YouTrack, and Basecamp.
- Knowledgeable about web technologies, usability principles, and information architecture.
- Previous experience with BigCommerce or Shopify would be advantageous.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize deadlines effectively.
